Cape Vineyards, Loyalist Red & Hot Markets VS Secondary Markets

Updated: Jan 20, 2021

Looking for a bottle of sparkling red wine for special occasions?

Back in October, we were told about an interesting winery called Cape Vineyards. We bought a few bottles, but what we liked and enjoyed most is the Loyalist Red. We’re pleased to find out about a sparkling red that we have never had before. Now, we have a bottle of wine to save for our next special occasion. We can also save it for our event once we find our next investment property.

In regards to Investment in Real Estate, which market is best for you? A Hot Market or a Secondary Market?

Hot Markets are advantageous for sellers because there are a lot of buyers and it usually results in a faster sale. Interested buyers will also offer above the asking price.

While in the Secondary Markets there’s not as much increase in the value of houses or buildings. Buyers can have the properties for quite an affordable price. Some can also rent for a good profit and can also build equity.

Click on the image below and find out which market we’ve liked to invest in. We also shared our experiences in Wine and Real Estate on youtube. Subscribe to our youtube channel and click on the notification bell to be notified of our next episodes.
