Though we'll be in lockdown for 30 days, we still have reason to be optimistic. Let us toast for the success of this year and the coming 2021! With her knowledge of the Ottawa real estate market, she stated that the lockdown will most likely not affect the Ottawa market since real estate tends to be quiet every January. She added that it is cold. (Maybe the weather does not condition the sellers or the buyers to relocate or do heavy work.) She also advised that the first quarter of the coming year will be the best time for the investors to purchase and sell properties for it is when the serious sellers and buyers are visible to the market.
